Withdrawals 101
If you choose to withdraw your winnings via BACS, please allow up to 3 working days to reach your account. For cheque payments, please allow between 3-5 working days.
The minimum amount you are able to withdraw is £10.00, and the maximum is £10,000. You can withdraw a maximum of once every 24 hour period.
If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount (i.e. in cases where you may wish to close your account and have less than £10 remaining in your balance) you can contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal.
We will contact you by email if we reject your withdrawal request or if there has been a problem processing your withdrawal. We will not be able to pay withdrawals by BACS if incorrect bank details are supplied. If promotional bonuses have been applied withdrawals will be accepted or rejected based on whether a player has fulfilled the wager requirements.
